"I had been with State Farm for many years when I found out my agent, Linda Luck, was retiring. I was worried because I had such a good experience with State Farm. My daughter told me about her agent, Matt McMillon. I called Matt and he was so helpful and friendly. Just a few months after getting with Matt, I had my first accident in thirty years on my motorcycle. I thought great, I just changed over to Matt and already had an accident. But Matt took care of everything, and my bike was in the Harley shop the very next day. Looks like I’ve found my agent and can still feel safe with State Farm. Thanks Matt."

"This agent will not respond to text, emails or phone calls We attempted to add additional vehicles, home and small business and the his man will not bother to even return any communication what so ever and after adding a additional two vehicles we found out they where never added after giving all our information we had to be informed by another agent because Matt McMillon was to sorry to call us and tell us they had made a mistake so we been driving with out insurance on our two new vehicles. He would not even send us insurance cards on out other two vehicles after I requested them several times. It seems that he may have a problem with black peoples so it seems so i think he may need to find another line of work. CLIFFORD RAY BROWN"
